A full home inspection includes roof, exterior, lot drainage, structural, including crawlspace and attic, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fireplace, and appliances. Each report includes information about each area, along with pictures, and emailed to you using Spectora inspection software.

Electrical Inspection

  • 0-2500 sqft ($250)

  • 2501-3500 sqft ($350)

An EMP inspection covers the electrical and plumbing systems, as well as HVAC, heat, hot water systems, and appliances. This inspection also covers a roof evaluation of the material, drainage system, and vents, stacks, chimneys that protrude through the roof.

New Construction Inspections

Designed for builders during construction or homes or homes being remodeled to basic framing structures. We offer an inspection package to come out during and post construction process to provide you with a pre-inspected home to offer buyers.

The positive aspect of performing inspections while it’s raining, leaks are much easier to detect! Found this one coming down the water heater vent pipe yesterday. Easy fix but could’ve lead to a potential big problem if not found and fixed. #homeinspection #realestate #investment
