Full Home Inspection

A full home inspection includes roof, exterior, lot drainage, structural, including crawlspace and attic, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fireplace, and appliances. The inspector will go through each room, looking at flooring, walls, ceilings, outlets, fans, and doors. Insuring you fully understand the home you’re purchasing. Each report includes information about each area, along with pictures, and emailed to you using Spectora inspection software.

Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing + Roof

An EMP inspection covers the electrical and plumbing systems, as well as HVAC, heat, hot water systems, and appliances. This inspection also covers a roof evaluation of the material, drainage system, and vents, stacks, chimneys that protrude through the roof.

New Construction Inspections

Designed for builders during construction or homes or homes being remodeled to basic framing structures. We offer an inspection package to come out during and post construction process to provide you with a pre-inspected home to offer buyers.

Pre-Listing Inspections

Designed for sellers looking to list there home soon. The inspector will go through the electrical system, from entry to outlets. The plumbing system including faucets, toilets, and drains, and all appliances being sold with the home, including the HVAC system. The inspector will also inspect the roof and crawlspace where applicable. Then discuss with you and your realtor, if using one, all the areas that typically get called out on inspection reports, simple fixes that can improve your home’s chance to sell quickly, and provide you with a full report, filled with pictures, that you can use to show buyer’s you’re serious about selling a TOP-QUALITY home and separate you from the other homes on the market!
